We’re partnering with Technology Architects—a fast-growing IT solutions provider—to find a motivated Business Development Associate specializing in Upwork and freelance-portal bidding.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify sales leads across the USA, Saudi Arabia & broader MENA region
Leverage Upwork and similar platforms to win new clients/projects
Network on LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and drive pipeline growth
Conduct market research and identify emerging trends to tailor service offerings
Track leads, manage follow-ups, and drive deals to closure
Prepare & present ROI-focused proposals
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure retention
📋 Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
✅ 1+ year in business development/sales within IT
✅ Hands-on experience with Upwork or other freelance portals
✅ Proficiency in LinkedIn lead generation (a plus)
✅ Strong understanding of software solutions
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
✅ Self-motivated, strategic thinker with problem-solving prowess
