🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pitch, and close new B2B clients for HR consultancy services (Recruitment, Executive Search, OD, Outsourcing, Training)
Develop tailored proposals that align with client needs and business goals
Collaborate closely with internal HR and recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
Maintain a strong sales pipeline via follow-ups, prospecting (including LinkedIn), and digital outreach
Contribute to marketing content (presentations, brochures, social posts)
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (B2B preferred)
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (for basic marketing visuals)
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
Experience in LinkedIn prospecting is a big plus
Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven personality
