Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Karachi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and managing client relationships, and expanding Swenta Solutions’ presence in AI and Cybersecurity markets. The role will also involve managing and leveraging Upwork and other online platforms to secure international projects, respond to proposals, and maintain high client satisfaction ratings. Daily tasks include researching industry trends, creating and executing business growth strategies, engaging with potential and existing clients, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure client needs are met with precision and excellence.
Qualifications
Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong business acumen with experience in Account Management
Experience working with Upwork and other freelance/project bidding platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in the AI, Cybersecurity, or Technology sector will be a strong advantage
