• Generate leads & onboard clients.
• Build strong business relationships.
• Pitch recruitment & HR services to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
1–2 years of B2B sales experience required (recruitment/HR sales a plus).
