Synctom is a growing software development company building modern digital products across Web, Mobile, and AI. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us grow our client base across local and international markets.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Identify and approach potential clients on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Email, and others.
• Write and send effective, personalized proposals for web, mobile, and AI projects.
• Manage client communication and follow-ups until project closure.
• Work closely with our technical team to understand project scopes and build accurate quotations.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, track progress, and prepare brief reports.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or Upwork bidding (preferably in IT/software).
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Basic understanding of software services (web apps, mobile apps, AI/ML, etc.).
• Self-driven, responsible, and result-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or email outreach tools is a plus.
