We are looking for a motivated 𝑩𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑬𝒙𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 with 1–2 years of experience in bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, writing effective proposals, and managing client communication to convert leads into successful projects.
𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
•Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
•Prepare well-structured and customized proposals according to client requirements.
•Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
•Collaborate with the technical and design teams to prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
•Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and follow up with potential clients.
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
•Keep track of bidding activities, conversion rates, and prepare regular reports.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
•1–2 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive in the IT industry.
•Strong understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, WordPress, eCommerce, and more.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
