As we expand our presence in local and international markets, we are looking for a 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁-𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 to join our growing team.
If you understand B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals in the IT services industry, this role is for you.
🔹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities (Local & International).
✅ Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach & other platforms.
✅ Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering & solution pitching.
✅ Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
✅ Build long-term client relationships and strengthen partnerships.
✅ Coordinate with technical teams for a smooth project onboarding.
🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱:
✅ 6 months – 2 years of experience in Business Development (IT services preferred).
✅ Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
✅ Hands-on experience with lead generation & B2B client acquisition.
✅ Understanding of staff augmentation/software development services.
✅ Target-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
