I am hiring Business Development Executive (Upwork) 🌟

Do you have a solid grip on the Upwork ecosystem? Do you have a talent for turning a job post into a winning partnership?
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1/half years of hands-on experience to help grow our presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on high-potential Upwork projects daily.
- Move beyond templates—write customized, high converting pitches that grab attention.
- Communicate with potential clients via Upwork massage, Zoom calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Manage and refine specialized profiles to boost our search visibility.
- Track, monitor and analyze Upwork performance metric.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo and Grammarly to manage leads and polish proposals.

What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months to 1.5 years of proven success specifically on Upwork.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential for international clients).
- A basic understanding of lead generation and how to move a client through the funnel.
- The ability to follow up on leads and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management and communication tools.

Nice to have:
- Experience with other platforms like Fiverr or Freelancer.com.
- A general understanding of Web, Mobile and Design services.
