HayDevs is hiring a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 with proven experience in Upwork and Fiverr bidding. The role requires a focused individual who can identify the right opportunities, submit tailored proposals, and convert prospects into qualified meetings.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Identify and shortlist relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr based on company expertise
• Write customized, high-conversion proposals for each opportunity
• Evaluate client requirements, budget, and credibility before bidding
• Initiate conversations and secure discovery calls with potential clients
• Maintain and track a consistent pipeline of leads
• Coordinate with internal teams to align proposals with technical capabilities
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Proven track record in Upwork and/or Fiverr bidding
• Strong written communication and proposal drafting skills
• Basic understanding of software development, web services, or cybersecurity
• Ability to filter out low-quality leads and focus on high-value opportunities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Experience working in an agency or software house
• Understanding of international client handling
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems
