We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience on Upwork & Freelancer platforms.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi (Onsite)
𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬:
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬:
• Upwork: 3K – 5K
• Freelancer: 3K – 5K
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Generate leads and secure projects through Upwork & Freelancer
• Communicate with clients and understand their requirements
• Write proposals and follow up with potential clients
• Close deals and achieve sales targets
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Experience working on Upwork & Freelancer
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital services (design, development, etc.)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
