What You’ll Be Doing:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
* Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
* Understand client requirements and offer tailored Full-Stack IT & Digital solutions
* Build strong and long-term relationships with international clients
* Collaborate with technical/project teams for smooth project onboarding
* Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
* Contribute towards company growth and expansion strategies

What We’re Looking For:
. 4+ years of proven experience in Business Development within the services industry
. Strong expertise in selling Full-Stack IT Services & Digital Solutions
. Good understanding of software development, web/mobile solutions, and digital transformation services
. Hands-on experience dealing with international clients and markets
. Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
. Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and deliver revenue growth.
