Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Grow Business Digital is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in closing international B2B deals for digital marketing or IT services. If you have a passion for global sales and client acquisition, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate international B2B leads across the US, UK, and Gulf markets using LinkedIn, cold outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
• Prepare persuasive business proposals and customized project bids for international clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients to encourage repeat business and account growth
• Stay updated on digital marketing and web development trends to effectively position agency services

Qualifications & Skills:
• 2–3 years of experience in international business development for a digital marketing or IT agency
• Hands-on experience winning projects through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or similar freelancing platforms
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue
• Good understanding of SEO, Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Web Development services
