✅ Generate quality leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms
✅ Find relevant projects on Upwork and write winning proposals
✅ Build strong client relationships and follow up with prospects
✅ Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
✅ Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements
✅ Achieve monthly business development targets
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
✔️ Experience in Upwork proposal writing and LinkedIn lead generation
✔️ Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Strong proposal writing and client handling abilities
✔️ Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
✔️ Knowledge of IT services, AI, Automation, or Software Development is a plus
