💰 Salary: PKR 60,000 – 90,000 + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in international B2B sales who can generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals with businesses in the US and other international markets.
What You'll Do
✅ Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals
✅ Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
✅ Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
✅ Collaborate with internal teams for successful client onboarding
We're Looking For
✔️ 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or International B2B Sales
✔️ Proven success in lead generation and closing B2B deals
✔️ Strong spoken and written English
✔️ Experience with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel (GHL), ZoomInfo, Clay, Lemlist, or similar platforms
✔️ Experience selling BPO, Customer Support, Customer Success, Contact Center, IT Services, or Outsourcing solutions is a plus
