• Lead generation through LinkedIn, email, cold calling & referrals
• Prospect research and lead qualification
• Client outreach and meeting scheduling
• Follow-ups and CRM management
• Building and maintaining client relationships

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation
• Strong LinkedIn outreach skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with cold calling & email marketing
