AstraeonTech is looking for a confident, driven, and results-focused Business Development Executive to help grow our software services business and build strong client relationships.
📍 Location: Remote/Hybrid
💰 Salary: PKR 45,000–60,000/month, based on experience
🎯 Commission: Up to 5% on collected revenue from self-generated clients
What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition
• Experience in software/IT services sales preferred
• Strong LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and proposal-writing skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with websites, SaaS, AI automation, and software solutions
• Upwork experience will be an advantage
