🚨 Hiring – Business Development Executive – Learning & Development (L&D) 🚨
📍 Location: Karachi, Pakistan – Hybrid Remote
💰 Salary: Rs. 100,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential corporate clients through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling & cold emailing
• Contact HR, L&D, and Talent Development professionals to introduce our eLearning and corporate training solutions
• Prepare and customize pitch decks, proposals & sales presentations
• Schedule client meetings, follow up on leads, and maintain healthy sales pipeline
• Research target organizations, identify decision-makers & develop new business opportunities
• Maintain outreach records and track lead conversion & meeting outcomes
Requirements:
• Some experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or corporate outreach (1 year required)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling & cold emailing
• Good communication, presentation & relationship-building skills
• Ability to prepare professional pitch decks & follow up confidently
• Exposure to L&D, HR, corporate training, or eLearning services will be an advantage
• English Required
