Scaleup Connect is hiring a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 for our client to drive lead generation, B2B client outreach, and business growth.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬:
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.
Identify potential clients and schedule business meetings.
Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and client relationships.
Prepare proposals and support negotiations and deal closures.
Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
Strong English communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
International client outreach experience will be an advantage.
