Plumlogix is looking to hire a motivated and talented Business Development Executive in its Lahore, Pakistan office to become the face of the corporate. BDE will supervise and build the team for lead acquisition, customer servicing, cold calling, follow-ups, help desk operations, and customer engagement. In a day-to-day life cycle, you will be bridging between our global customer and development teams sitting in the USA, Pakistan, and India over email, phone calls, slack or other digital communication mediums. This opportunity includes global exposure and unlocks a gateway to connect with global corporations. Job Responsibilities:

- Supervising the Lead acquisition through different channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.

- Assisting the team in outreaching to global leads via emails, cold calls, and other means.

- Scheduling and moderation of pre-sales calls(If Required).

- Creation of communication “scripts” when handling different topics for the team, in order to mature the leads while interacting with potential clients.

- Introduction of the company and its operations to potential clients.

- Convincing B2B clients about implementing Salesforce and related products.

- Identify Business needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

- Build sustainable relationships and engage B2B customers by taking the extra mile.

- Keep records of all conversations in our CRM databases in a comprehensible way.

- Meeting the deadlines and goals set by the Business development manager.

- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

- Contact/Number Search out for businesses using paid tools provided by the company to mature the leads.

- Business development through various means.
