About the Role
We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our expanding sales team. This night-shift, onsite role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven by performance-based success while working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, email campaigns, and online platforms
Present and sell BPO and IT solutions to international clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or BPO sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome)
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
Comfortable working night shifts

Onsite role at our modern office in Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad
