We’re Hiring! Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist – Shem Advertising

Shem Advertising is expanding! We are looking for a Business Development & Lead Closing Specialist who can bring in clients, generate leads, and confidently close deals for our digital marketing agency.
If you're someone who knows how to pitch, persuade, and convert this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, cold outreach & emails
Identify and qualify potential clients
Conduct sales calls & pitch our marketing services
Prepare proposals and close high-value deals
Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements
Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
Strong communication & negotiation skills (English & Urdu)
Understanding of digital marketing services (SMM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Web Dev, etc.)
Confident closer with a proven track record
Self-driven, target-oriented, and reliable
