Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the Tener business, experience working with government entities, and a proven track record in B2B and commercial business growth. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across these diverse sectors, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and exceeding revenue targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion and success in the Rawalpindi region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the Rawalpindi region, aligned with overall company goals, with a specific focus on the Tener industry, government entities, and B2B and commercial businesses.
  • Identify and qualify potential new leads and prospects within the Tener industry, government sector, and B2B and commercial landscape in Rawalpindi.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across the Tener business, government entities, and B2B and commercial sectors in Rawalpindi.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients in all three focus areas, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure and ongoing account management.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of your offerings tailored to the specific needs of each sector.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity within the Tener industry, government sector, and B2B and commercial landscape, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the Rawalpindi business community, with a specific focus on the Tener industry, government entities, and B2B and commercial businesses.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas for each focus area: Tener, government, and B2B/commercial.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives specifically targeting the Tener industry, government sector, and B2B and commercial businesses in Rawalpindi.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their individual goals and objectives related to clients in all three focus areas.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5 -6 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
