Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and revenue growth for our digital services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and expanding our presence across multiple platforms, including freelance marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients for our services through various channels.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize profiles on freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
- Respond to job postings, submit proposals, and close deals with international and local clients.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand service offerings and tailor solutions for client needs.
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands to refine sales approaches.
- Work on lead generation via cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other networking strategies.
- Assist in structuring sales strategies for new ventures and partnerships.
- Report progress, revenue generation, and business expansion opportunities to company leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) and how to generate leads.
- Strong understanding of web development, software solutions, and IT consultancy services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies is a plus.
