Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to serve as the Business Development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Analyze data to assess the success of business strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate follow-ups on leads, meetings, and business discussions to ensure progress.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development
  • Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
