Technology Architects is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the tech industry, has a strong understanding of software solutions, and excels in building lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate sales leads targeting the USA, Saudi Arabia, and the broader Middle East markets, converting them into successful sales.
- Connecting with Businesses owners as well as concerned personnel on LinkedIn for lead and business generation
- Leverage experience with Upwork and similar freelance portals to acquire new clients and projects.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify emerging market trends and tailor our service offerings to align with client needs.
- Track and manage potential leads, ensuring follow-ups and deal closures.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals that highlight the ROI of our IT services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
- Experience using LinkedIn for networking and lead generation is a plus.
- Experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork and Similar Freelance Portals is a plus.
- Ability to understand and explain software solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
