🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive business development & sales strategies
✅ Identify new markets and growth opportunities
✅ Build strong client, distributor, and retail relationships
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance)
✅ Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions
✅ Analyze competitors and market trends
✅ Prepare business proposals, reports, and forecasts
✅ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
✅ Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
🎓 Qualifications:
📌 Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
📌 5–7 years’ experience in FMCG sales, business development, or commercial roles
📌 Strong market knowledge and network in retail/wholesale/modern trade
📌 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
📌 Proven record of achieving sales goals
📌 Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
