We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong grip on Upwork.com and Freelancer.com to join our growing team.
✅ Responsibilities:
Expertise on Freelance Platforms: Deep understanding of Upwork and Freelancer algorithms and Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and freelance platform strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Create Real time Strategies and work effectively by leading our team
Closing Deals: Negotiate project terms, finalize contracts, and ensure seamless onboarding for clients.
Bidding & Proposal Writing: Strategically bid on relevant projects, craft persuasive proposals, and customize responses to client needs.
📌 Requirements:
Willingness to work night shift and be present on-site at our Karachi office.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Minimum 3 year of proven experience in bidding and securing projects on Freelancer and Upwork (REQUIRED).
