Business Development Manager (BDM)
Position Summary:
Responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for facility management, construction, renovation, and supply services with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new corporate clients across multiple sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver service presentations to potential clients.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for proposals and pricing.
- Negotiate terms and close contracts.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field; engineering background is a plus).
- 5+ years B2B sales experience (facility management or related industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Professional communication and networking ability.
