- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and performance
- Keep the team motivated and aligned with company goals and vision

- Ensure the team meets defined KPIs consistently
- Monitor and track team performance to ensure continuous improvement
