The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the master-batch market, nurturing strong B2B relationships, and driving commercial excellence.

𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲: Plastics / Polymer Manufacturing
𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the master-batch and polymer segment, accelerating market penetration and revenue growth.
-Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, converters, and industry partners.
-Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to support strategic decision-making.
-Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D, and Technical Teams to ensure product alignment, timely sampling, technical support, and on-time deliveries.
-Prepare sales forecasts, annual growth plans, performance dashboards, and strategic business development reports.
-Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits to promote master-batch solutions.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Bachelor’s degree in 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 or a related field (preferred).
-5–8 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of proven B2B sales experience in 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡, 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with a deep understanding of polymer applications.
-Ability to travel regionally and internationally as business demands.
