Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is looking for a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭) to join our team in Karachi.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Driving lead generation through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for Facility Management contracts, from initial contact and client needs assessment to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key decision-makers across target sectors.
• Developing tailored FM solutions in collaboration with our operations team, encompassing services like cleaning, security, HVAC, and technical maintenance.
• Achieving and exceeding agreed-upon sales targets and revenue objectives to contribute directly to the company's market growth.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in business development or sales, preferably within Facility Management.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing high-value B2B contracts.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
