Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic business relationships, marketing strategies, and long-term business plans with each carrier that maximize buying potential for the company to achieve revenue goals.
Give demonstrations, must be expert sales closer, take follow-ups, and provide support and services.
Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and develop client relationships and referrals
Overseeing the development of marketing literature
Providing management with feedback
Expand our customer base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
Qualify the incoming leads generated for appointments with companies and business owners to provide quick response times and meet their needs
Coordinate calls and meetings as appropriate with carrier partners to solidify existing relationships and develop new relationships to make sure there are technical and business alignments.

Key Criteria & Qualifications:

Knowledge of multiple marketing & sales channels using google/Yelp and making introductory calls for lead generation

Advanced product knowledge of SaaS selling services, SEO, Digital Marketing / IT Solutions
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Website development, resource augmentation, and software development sales would be a plus
3 - 5 Year Experience in Cold Calling
1+ year Business Development assistant is a plus
Excellent Negotiating verbal and oral skills
Should think like an entrepreneur having Leadership skills
Must have a Graduate or post-graduate degree/ Diploma in Business Development
Excellent demonstrating outstanding communication and presentation skills. Must be able to effectively communicate in a multicultural work and customer environment.
An organized and strong systems builder
Must be a Critical thinker, Problem solver, and Team player with a positive attitude, possess strong social skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Should be Fact and task-oriented
