REGULAR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• To contribute to the strategic development and operational delivery of TMUC outreach recruitment activities.
• Overall responsibility for the planning, delivery and evaluation of outreach events and activities including events, mentoring programmes, parent, and other stakeholder events. In addition, ensure that the schedule of outreach events assists in maximizing the generation and conversion of student applications to the University.
• To provide line management to the Outreach Officers and Outreach nationwide team.
• To be responsible for the training, development, and on-going support to nationwide Outreach team, including setting objectives, targets and monitoring performance using relevant TMUC policies and procedures.
• To be an expert on outreach and widening participation, liaison activities for the Outreach team and ensure a comprehensive understanding of competitor activity through targeted observations, professional networks, and reports and of the changing widening participation landscape.
• To have lead responsibility, within the Outreach team.
• To collect, monitor and share data with respect to the performance of outreach activities that are delivered, via the outreach team.
• To monitor and review relationships with external agencies in relation to outreach activities.
• Responsibility for ensuring all activities delivered by the Outreach team are promoted and publicized as effectively as possible, in conjunction with the Marketing team, and where required produce and monitor the quality of all material that is to be used.
• Offering professional assistance to students with any queries they may have.
• Ensuring students are aware and have access to personal support.
• Keeping accurate and secure records of all matters of student support and concern.
• Represent the Outreach team on working groups, project teams and committees, as required.
• Providing the highest quality customer service to the student community.
• Ensuring that accurate, timely and concise information to students is provided.
• Ensure distribution of application forms and provides information on procedures and deadlines.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, analysis, and statistical information related to student recruitment.
• Develop frameworks and tools to enhance communication campaigns, conversion plans and recruitment
activities.
• Collect and collate student feedback on monthly basis on academics, facilities, teaching, standards, student wellbeing.
• Educational and Cultural Programs.
• Responsible for the development, regular reviews and updating of student resources and guidance literature.
• Monitor and review the standards of student services by surveys and participation in other quality assurance processes monthly.
• Facilitate the student recruitment department during the peak admission season.
• All duties are temporary or on a continuing basis as may be delegated by the line manager.
Marketing Related:
• Working on Marketing and Business Development strategies of the various programs taught at TMUC.
• Formulate the Marketing Plan for the year to enhance the brand name of TMUC.
• Undertaking activities to increase awareness of TMUC amongst prospective partners.
• Providing TMUC with market intelligence and advising on appropriate actions.
• Increase TMUC’s profile in the media in Pakistan. This may include the placing of articles in relevant media, advising on media interests and angles and writing articles.
• Providing support to Senior Management and marketing / promotional areas as required. Supporting the development of the qualifications and programs portfolio at TMUC.
• Conduct research to identify prospective transnational qualifications to add to TMUC portfolio and form collaborative partnerships with foreign institutions.
• Undertaking any other tasks appropriate to this level of responsibility.
• Handling digital marketing and all social media channels for promoting TMUC brand.
• Organize outreach activities at educational institutions, expos, academies etc.
• Encouraging students from all demographic and academic background are adequately represented in student initiatives offered by the Campus.
