Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Market Capture Specialist to join our team on a commission basis. As a Market Capture Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring projects related to designing, UI/UX, and WordPress. Your primary focus will be to expand our client base and establish strategic partnerships within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and project opportunities in the design, UI/UX, and WordPress domains.
- Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and presenting them with suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create compelling project proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to ensure successful project acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on market capture activities, including progress, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must have 1 - 2 years prior industry-related business development experience
- Proven experience in market capture, lead generation, or business development in the design, UI/UX, or WordPress industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
