Position: Business Development Executive / Sales
Industry: Real Estate Services/Project Sales
Basic Salary: 30K to 60k with attractive commission structure

Required Experience: 1-3 years in real estate/projects selling
Required Qualification: Graduate preferred
Responsibilities:
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Direct Lead generation through cold calling, referrals and social networking
- Convert leads into sales
- Initiate client meetings and visits
- Assist clients with site visits
- Presenting the right product according to client preferences
- Proper documentation of investment actions taken on behalf of clients
