We are actively seeking a Part-Time Tech Business Development Manager to join our team and help us explore and capitalize on software development and design opportunities overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Market Research:** Conduct in-depth market research to identify software development and design opportunities in the UK and USA. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
2. **Lead Generation:** Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and customers through various channels, including online networking, social media, industry events, and referrals.
3. **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business prospects. Understand client requirements and tailor Crecode's services to meet their needs.
4. **Proposal Development:** Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing Crecode's capabilities, portfolio, and value proposition.
5. **Negotiation:** Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
6. **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with our technical and design teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery.
7. **Reporting:** Track and report on sales and business development activities, including progress against targets and market feedback.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
3. Strong understanding of software development and design processes and technologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining regular communication with the team.
7. Knowledge of the UK and USA software development and design markets is a plus.
8. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
