The role will be to deliver and maintain a strategic sales pipeline, convert prospective clients and grow the market share of the agency. If you have a passion for sales and a taste for e-commerce then this role is for you
Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager – Shopify Services
You will be responsible to work with the international clients to provide them with Shopify design & development Solutions such as Shopify store design using prebuild theme, Shopify Theme Development, Shopify bug fixing, Shopify custom coding, Shopify apps, Shopify speed optimization, CRO, Migrations and email marketing using klaviyo and MailChimp.
- Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
- You will be our first hire and will help us to build an agency partnership program focusing on digital agencies. You are ready for the challenge of further growing and scaling our agency partner program
- Respond to Fiverr instant message requests answering questions and providing information
- Sending proposals to Upwork jobs
- Responsible for acquiring projects and converting those projects into long-term sales
- Processing and delivering orders
- Keeping in touch with the teams responsible for fulfilling orders
- Checking and organizing customer work and reports before delivery
- Understand the customer’s business goals and match them to the right service
- Explain to uninitiated customers how Shopify works and the short/long-term benefits
- Explain to advanced customers and other agencies how our services are different
- Help develop new internal systems for managing the entire Fiverr sales cycle
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
