Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our business. In this role, you will be responsible for handling new sales leads and converting them into paying customers. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle and cultivate new sales leads through a variety of channels, including outbound, inbound, referrals, and others.
- Understand the needs of potential clients and tailor your sales pitch to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Use CRM software to track and manage sales leads and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales CRM software like Zoho or Salesforce.
- English: Upper Intermediate+.
- Understanding of accounting & finance services is a plus.
