We're seeking a results-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team and play a vital role in acquiring new clients and propelling AboveMax's sales success.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, LemList, and other lead generation tools to identify and target high-potential clients.
- Craft compelling outreach messages and engage with prospects on relevant online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, forums).
- Generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads by actively prospecting and nurturing relationships.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new industry trends and potential client segments.
- Qualify leads, understand their needs, and present AboveMax's software solutions effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue objectives.
- Prepare insightful sales proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of AboveMax offerings.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand customer needs and develop winning sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and AboveMax's product roadmap to tailor sales pitches effectively.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related sales role within the B2B software industry (experience in the software industry a strong plus).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- In-depth understanding of lead generation strategies and proficiency in lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, LemList, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively showcase AboveMax's software solutions.
- A data-driven approach to sales, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform strategies.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
