Business Development Officer

Job Description

Develop strategic relationships with key accounts.

Build, maintain and track a robust sales pipeline of high-quality prospects.

Oversee account management and support business leads.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Enhance account volume and profitability within budget.

Stay up-to-date with new product features and market trends.

Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.

 

 

Job Specifications:

 

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Marketing/Sales

Proven work experience in a similar role is preferred.

An ability to grasp clients need and to increase customer engagement

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail

Analytical and time-management skills

Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
