𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✦Manage Upwork bidding by submitting targeted, customized proposals to generate revenue.
✦Generate and qualify leads through Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
✦Perform LinkedIn outreach using connection requests, follow-ups, and value-based messaging.
✦Build and optimize Upwork and LinkedIn profiles for improved visibility and conversions.
✦Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM and tracking tools.
✦Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✦Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation.
✦1–2 years Business Development / International Sales experience.
✦Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✦Strong relationship-building capability.
✦Ability to understand and sell Digital Marketing services.
✦Ability to work USA-based shift timings.
✦Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
