We are looking for a Business Development Officers to join our team! As a Business Development Staff, you will be responsible for bringing business for our software house and call center from abroad. You will work remotely and use any means necessary to find prospective customers. You can also try freelancing, cold calling US businesses from craiglist and any other methods you seem fit.
Responsibilities:
Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meet sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a business development Officers or similar role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
