Business Development Representative

Job Description

The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will make leads for the client. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
  • Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
  • Able to work at night shift
  • Ability/willingness to make the daily volume of calls.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior sales experience preferably B2B
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
