Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cold calling AIL agencies, introducing our appointment-setting services, and building long-term relationships with them. Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call American Income Life agencies to pitch our appointment-setting services.
- Identify decision-makers and build strong client relationships.
- Understand client needs and explain how our services can benefit their business.
- Maintain and update lead databases and track outreach efforts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and appointment targets.
- Collaborate with the appointment booking team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
