Responsibilities
- Lead generation: Finding and reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls, email, and other channels.
- Qualification: Determining if the potential customer is a good fit for the company's products or services.
- Scheduling appointments: Arranging for sales representatives to meet with potential customers.
- Database management: Maintaining and updating the customer database, including information on leads, prospects, and customers.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other metrics.
- Collaborating with sales team: Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years' of experience in related role
- Strong communication and time management skills
