Cubix is looking for a driven and confident Business Development Representative to join its sales team and build strong business opportunities in the US market.

Job Summary:
This role focuses on outbound cold calling, lead generation, and qualifying prospects for the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in driving business growth through effective communication and persistence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calls
• Engage and communicate with US-based clients
• Build strong first impressions and qualify leads
• Handle objections professionally and maintain call targets
• Support the sales pipeline with qualified prospects

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months cold calling experience (US market preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (verbal)
• Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
• Ability to handle rejection and high call volumes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
