We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us expand our clientele. You will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales strategies.
Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Able to lead the whole bidding sales cycle.
- Sales pipeline management.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of bids or proposals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information.
- Be able to bring business from various channels.
- Gain experience in the bidding process and industry trends under the guidance of senior team members.
- Provide market research insights relevant to product development and pricing.
- Follow up on leads.
- Move opportunities through the sales funnel by cultivating prospect relationships through initiating communications and providing follow-up communications.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.

Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant working experience as a Bidder, Business Development Officer, Lead Generation Sales Executive, or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and methodologies
