The Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDE) to join our dynamic team. In this on-site role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by:
• Identifying and prospecting high-value clients: Leverage your industry knowledge and prospecting skills to identify potential clients across various industries.
• Building strong relationships: Develop trusting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
• Crafting compelling proposals: Create impactful proposals that showcase Topdot's value proposition and address client challenges.
• Negotiating and closing deals: Secure new business partnerships through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Exceeding sales targets: Contribute to achieving and exceeding revenue goals for Topdot.
• Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, account management, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
You're a Perfect Fit if You Have:
• Proven experience in BDE or a related sales role (3+ years preferred).
• A strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Freelancing Platform Bidding/Sales and Staff Augmentation is a plus.
• Experience in generating business with Enterprise Corporate clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
• A strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
