We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to lead the growth of our resource augmentation services for software engineers and product designers. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, building partnerships, and identifying opportunities to provide top-notch talent to businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
* Identify and onboard new clients in need of resource augmentation services.
* Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
* Market Research & Strategy:
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in resource augmentation for tech talent.
* Develop strategies to position our services as a leader in the field.
* Sales & Negotiation:
* Generate leads, conduct outreach, and close deals with potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for mutually beneficial agreements.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with the recruitment team to match the best software engineers and product designers with client needs.
* Liaise with project managers to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of resources.
* Reporting:
* Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and key performance indicators.
Requirements
* Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT services or resource augmentation.
* Skills:
* Strong understanding of software engineering and product design domains.
* Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
