Job Description
We are hiring fluent English speakers for the position of Business Development Specialist to promote and sell services only. This is a remote opportunity designed for freshers who are passionate about sales and ready to learn under free mentorship. Qualified leads and data will be provided, no cold calling or lead generation required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients using provided data and sales scripts
- Present and explain service offerings in a clear and engaging manner
- Handle objections and close deals effectively
- Communicate with clients after the sale to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of communication and conversions
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals
Who Can Apply:
- Freshers are welcome – full training and support will be provided
- Minimum education: Matriculation, Intermediate, or Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English speaking and writing is a must
- Must be able to work 7 PM to 3 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
- Self-driven, confident, and eager to earn through performance
- Age Must be under 22
